Volume 5 of Nick Spencer's take on the wall crawler is some of his best so far. This and Volume 2 have so far been my favorites. Volume 5 has some interesting over shadowing, a little focus on Mary Jane, a new super villain group and interesting directions for supporting characters. I consider Nick Spencer's run to be inconsistent in terms of quality, but lately he's been doing really good with these stories.

The way they presented him made him a bone chilling villain. The second is about another story arc about boomerang and the sinister syndicate which was not as interesting to me as the first part. But still the book is good and you can go for it.
