I'm glad I did because this was pretty enjoyable to read! While I don't know how canonically accurate this series is, it definitely made Killer T Cell a joy to read about because he truly just wants to make friends but keeps making mistakes such as yelling at people or being too rough. It was a nice take on his character and really enjoyed all his interactions with other cells we know from the main series (Red Blood Cell was SO cute!!) as well as some of his internal dialogue.
The only chapter I didn't like was "Rental Video" because I didn't see the point of the whole 18+ room. Outside of that chapter though, it was fun, and I especially like the one scene where he's trying to talk to another cell and is visualizing the conversation of playing baseball. LOL! That was way too on point when trying to make small talk with someone and they (figuratively) keep hitting the ball out of the park when you keep pitching baseballs because you're just trying to keep the conversation going but they aren't. LOL!
Overall, fun read! I think if I could get volume two for a super discounted price, I would keep reading the series.
