I want to give it a 4/5 stars, but then a weird feeling comes over me about this story. Like, it’s done well to introduce Riddler, but then, maybe it could have done more, maybe a lot more. Idk. It’s good, not great, and I try to reserve 4 stars for the great category. I don’t give out a lot of 5 stars as that has to be pretty special and usually involves causing me to have a pretty real emotion about the story, whatever that emotion is.
This is still a really good intro to the Riddler, and some of what makes him tick, and a cool presentation of the Batman. Not sure what exactly could have helped this one, but it would have had to be a little more clever and maybe more cynical.
