I think what I enjoy the most about this series is how it reminds me of the first season of Fairy Tail. It doesn't take itself too seriously and I find myself rereading it more often than I thought I would.
It does a lot of the same gags but it doesn't overdo it like the original material and it's hilarious how they reimagine some of the villains. I wish they'd made an anime of this, I'd watch it in a second.
