Another collection of great stories from outside the main Power Rangers series. If you have the 2018 Annual/expansion of Shattered Grid or the 25th anniversary issue, you have a portion or most of this book. All are great stories although, as I said on a message board for the 25th anniversary issue, the MMPR/Ninja Steel crossover should've been the grand finale. No problem.
That said, Boom did something extraordinarily awesome... they included the exclusive story (Jason with Ninjor) from the MMPR Deluxe Hardcover Volume 1. As someone who buys his comics digitally and has no patience waiting for the hardcover volumes, I was hoping Boom would eventually reprint them in a future Lost Chronicles volume. I'm ecstatic it happened and cant wait for future volumes.
Final note: in Golden Ideas (Aisha wanting to prove herself to the veteran Rangers), the first page goes from the 25th anniversary issue's single page to a double page spread. Nothing else is changed and, going by the rest of the story being told in double page spreads, I think that's what the writer/artist intended but got hung up with page count problems for the original issue. Just a heads up in case you previously read the anniversary issue and noticed something here. New readers/fans won't notice a thing.
