His writing work include NIGHTWING, MONEY SHOT , INJUSTICE v. MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE ,the critically acclaimed REVIVAL, and the NY TIMES bestselling HACK/SLASH. He resides in Chicago, Illinois with his wife, daughter and 80s action figure collection

Sarah Beattie is an actress (Olivia Spector in The Fall), a comic writer, a comedian, blogger, and internet superstar. Money Shot from Vault Comics is her first comic series.

Rebekah Isaacs is a comic book illustrator best known for "Money Shot", "Buffy the Vampire Slayer","Angel & Faith", & "DV8: Gods & Monsters". She lives in NYC and loves Leia Organa, Bowie, and all the cats in the world.

Kurt is the colorist of comic books such as THE BLUE FLAME and MONEY SHOT from Vault Comics, GLITTERBOMB, and HACK/SLASH. Technically, he colored BATMAN one time in DC's LOVE IS A BATTLEFIELD anthology. It counts.

He won the 2021 Nerdie for Colorist of the Year from The House of Nerd Podcast.

I'm a sucker for science fiction, specifically space opera and aliens, so I gave this a try. It wasn't heavy erotica, i.e., it has humor and the plot was cute, also the artwork was beautifully done. It's not discreet but it's not blatant.

I also liked that the main characters are diverse. This gave the story a lot of flexibility and potential. I'm giving this a 4 as I enjoyed it but there's a very small chance of a re-read.

Finally, as this is a mature graphic novel, I can only recommend this to a mature audience.

The last panel kinda sums up this story—“Meh.”
More of a sci-fi alien exploration with very little character development and less sex then you would think. Imagine a story about porn but no actual porn lol. It’s funny that the writers think one sex act between random science researchers would somehow bond them as ride-or-die bros.

But the art work is cool and it’s entertaining if you have time to kill. Sex Crimes is funnier and less censored.

I am a little embarrassed by how much I enjoyed this. The writing moves, not at such a pace as to be plotless. Nor does it stand around. Often a page will be its own chapter with a late setup, the meat and then leaving early. The art is far better than one would expect from the setup and overall I look forward to the 2 additional volumes available.
