Phoenix Resurrection: The Return of Jean Grey is an excellent event series that resurrects the real Jean Grey who had been dead for 12 years Phoenix Resurrection was a treat for longtime fans of Jean Grey.In the final issue of this event series the Phoenix wants to merge with it's perfect host, Jean Grey. However, Jean Grey knows very that absolute power corrupts absolutely. Will she merge with the Phoenix or will she reject the Phoenix.

This story is lame. The artwork is good, but the end is rotten. They took the 1 of the worst things from that horrible X-Men #3 movie and used that as a resolution to the circumstance in this comic book. Marvel has turned it's back on readers and the fans who supported these characters for years to get in bed with hollyweird business people who know nothing about comics. This is a complete waste of your time and money
