Together they are just cuteness and innocence personified. Love their interactions and really can’t wait to see what this mangaka has in store for the next installment. The art is great. The story so far is just getting the stage started for what I’m guessing will be a truly sweet first love for our two leads. Love that we get to see some of their home life like family. Their friends seem to be slightly more involved than what you’d find in other stories like this.
I really like this mangaka and I liked her previous manga about live in lovers/carpenter story. She’s really good at creating lovable characters you just can’t help but root for and fall in love with. Love that this had a slow burn vibe to it. There’s no rush, but the butterfly feelings are definitely there to give you that extra charge. Also, I like how after each chapter there is a flower 🌺 lesson. I really like this one!!!
Definitely another digital manga that I really wish Kodansha would get out of digital jail because this was everything I had hoped it would be and more! I think the one thing I was MOST caught off guard by though is Saeki's smile because it's like looking at the sun and I could not get enough of it! That smile is gold and is so precious!
And Ran! I absolutely loved her! She lowkey reminded me of Sawako from Kimi ni Todoke, which is always exciting to me since I love Kimi ni Todoke!
The flower theme was beautiful! I really loved learning about some of the meanings of flowers and how it's playing a huge role in this story.
Truly, this was absolutely delightful to read and desperately wish this was in physical print!
