This is so precious!!! Ran is totally clueless about anything trendy and what other kids her age are all about. She’s very sheltered, but she works hard. Not sure what all her hard work is really for, despite just being a studious girl. And Akira is absolutely adorable!!! He’s easy going and friendly, but isn’t flashy or flirty.
Together they are just cuteness and innocence personified. Love their interactions and really can’t wait to see what this mangaka has in store for the next installment. The art is great. The story so far is just getting the stage started for what I’m guessing will be a truly sweet first love for our two leads. Love that we get to see some of their home life like family. Their friends seem to be slightly more involved than what you’d find in other stories like this.
I really like this mangaka and I liked her previous manga about live in lovers/carpenter story. She’s really good at creating lovable characters you just can’t help but root for and fall in love with. Love that this had a slow burn vibe to it. There’s no rush, but the butterfly feelings are definitely there to give you that extra charge. Also, I like how after each chapter there is a flower 🌺 lesson. I really like this one!!!
