It is very informative and tells a wonderful story about Shakespeare's plays. I love it! Definitely recommend for a good read.

This volume particularly talked about the play Merchant of Venice and how Shakespeare got his start which was really fascinating and new characters were introduced which was cool but there are times that they seem like just comedic relief and give ideas for Shakespeare to use. That may be the author's intention but I'm not sure. Anyway the author also added history pages with minimal graphics that helps with the context at least for me but can take people out of the story sometimes. Because of these points I have to give this volume a 4 out of 5 stars I'm still enjoying this series and am excited for more!
