This event continues into issue three, and sadly may be beginning to falter. Don't get me wrong, the writing is still mostly good. The character interactions are fun. The sheer amount of said characters are handled well enough. Jorge Molina doesn't return as artist on this issue, but replacements Carlo Barberi and Todd Nauck have a style that's equally dynamic. Still, there are problems with the issue. First, this series has had a general problem of simply telling us important plot points rather than showing us. Even when you think a tie-in might elaborate on it, it glosses over it as well. Second, on the subject of tie-ins, reading them is somewhat confusing under the current release schedule. One issue already released starts here, while another mentioned won't release for awhile. That's been true for previous issues of Spider-Geddon as well. Third, this issue finally has Miles step up as a leader, and it seems that the differences between Otto's and Miles' morals will be explored. Unfortunately, it pretty much fizzles out by the end of the comic. Fourth, the biggest problem with this issue was the glaring change of some characters' motivations halfway through it. You'll know what I'm talking about towards the climax of the book. I am going to stick with this series until it's finished, but this issue has me worried for future ones.

The action and artwork of this book were impressive, but I only bought this book for the debut of Spiders-Man, and he's only in one or two panels, so overall I don't really feel satisfied.
