The Hellblazer #3 "The Poison Truth Part 3"
Writer: Simon Oliver
Artist: Moritat
Plot: Constantine finds out that the people hunting him are the djinn - an ancient race of beings created before even man was created by the Creator. Meanwhile, Swamp Thing and Mercury travel to the Rot to search for Abby. Can Constantine stop the plans of the djinn before it's too late?
The story is starting to get complicated and weird in this issue, and rightfully so as Constantine's world is weirder than other worlds. Constantine meets various people in London to uncover the mystery behind the people hunting him and the mysterious organization that is behins all of the evil. Seeing the world through Constantine's eyes are a trip and compels me to move forward to discover what is behind the next door. If you're not into magic or mysticism you should steer clear of this book, but if you like your stories strange this might be a book for you. My only gripe with this book is the strong English accents that certain characters have. Sometimes I have no idea what they are saying and I have to read the word bubbles a few times to understand the dialect.
