Mirka Andolfo is an Italian creator, working as an artist at DC Comics (Harley Quinn, Wonder Woman, DC Bombshells), Vertigo (Hex Wives) and Young Animal.

Her creator owned series Unnatural (originally published by Panini Comics in Italy) is published in many Countries (including Germany, France, Poland, Spain, Mexico) and, in the United States, by Image Comics.

She has drawn comics at Marvel, Dynamite and Aspen Comics.

As a creator, her first book, Sacro/Profano (originally published in Italy by Edizioni Dentiblù) is published in France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Serbia.

The plot is moving apace, though some of the plot twists were a bit predictable. I am still very much enjoying this series though. The cliffhanger reveal I did not expect, but I have no idea how it's going to work within the story.

I bought all the books, and I was thoroughly disappointed with it. With all the these issues. The main Character, Leslie, didn't have much much of a personally other then being a one of the "chosen" one, the only redeeming quality of Leslie is her sex appeal. What I mean by that is that she was explicitly exposed a lot and wore clothing that didn't leave much to the imagination. the story with its rules and how little the content there was, the story didn't have room to explain it self much or at all. The pacing of the story was rushed with how little everything was explained. the theme with the story was overused as well as not being explored enough. Overall the visuals are good but not enough to make the story interesting. If it tones the fan service down a bit and explain what's going on then maybe it will be an okay story.
