Top review from the United States

Nanase is the class rep, and such a cutie. Hana is a bad boy who skips class, gets in fights, runs away, and more. Nanase should avoid Hana like the plague, but something about him is strangely alluring. Nanase starts spending time with Hana, and comes to realize that she's fallen in love with him. However, it appears Hana may be in love with their Sensei, Komari. Hana tells Nanase he's known Komari since he was very young. Nanase accompanies Hana to visit Komari when she is out sick. Nanase wonders if she should give the gift Hana previously dropped, as it's apparent it's for their Sensei. Nanase ponders things more, and internally realizes and accepts that she's fallen in love with Hana. She doesn't want to tell him, though. Then, after Komari Sensei returns to school, she is talking in the hall to Nanase, who is holding the previously mentioned gift. Komari asks what it is, all Nanase can get out is that it belongs to the boy she likes. Then she turns around, and Hana is standing right behind her! Obviously, he looks shocked. That's where the volume ends, so we will have to wait till next volume to find out what Hana does in regards to Nanase's confession.
